World No. 6 David Ferrer looks to reach his 30th ATP World Tour
final, as he squares off against France’s Benoit Paire. The winner will
take on either Xavier Malisse or qualifier Philipp Petzschner for the
championship title.

Top seed David Ferrer holds a 2-0 series edge against World No. 60 Benoit Paire. The players are set to meet for the second time on grass.
Ferrer made the last four after taking out wildcard Igor Sijsling in straight sets, 6-0, 6-1. The 30-year-old veteran has yet to drop a set en route to the semifinal. With a victory on Friday, he is through to his fifth final of the season.
Paire advanced to the semifinal following his 6-3, 7-5 ousting of Japan’s Tatsuma Ito. The 23-year-old is bidding for his second ATP World Tour final in 2012.

World No. 95 Xavier Malisse reached the semifinal by virtue of his three-sets victory over Gilles Muller. The 31-year-old Belgian looks to make his first Tour final since early 2011, when he finished runner-up in Chennai.
World No. 145 Philipp Petzschner made the final four after beating France’s Edouard Roger-Vasselin in straight sets, 6-4, 7-6(6). The 28-year-old is seeking his first Tour championship final in over a year.
